Shaping sustainable futures in fashion, culture and technology.
From Cambodia, to the world.
Nice to meet you.
I’m a Khmer-American entrepreneur, creative strategist, and the Managing Director of Dorsu, one of Cambodia’s few locally-owned garment producers. My work spans sustainability, entrepreneurship in emerging markets, as well as the intersection of media, culture and technology. My favorite book is Moby Dick.
Through my writing and speaking, I aim to share lessons from building a small, independent company with purpose in the Global South.
About Dorsu
I took over as Managing Director and Owner 5 years ago to help grow a brand that stands for ethical production and community impact.
Today, I work with a fantastic team of 28 talented individuals who share a commitment to quality, sustainability, and local empowerment.
I oversee Dorsu’s overall strategy, business growth, and brand direction. My role bridges operations, marketing, and partnerships, ensuring that our commercial goals align with our social and environmental values. I also focus on building collaborations with international partners, nurturing our local workforce, and representing Cambodian leadership within the sustainable fashion space.
